Taha Tinana Challenge!!!



Taha Tinana Challenge- 25 Sit ups in 2 minutes or less

For today's Taha Tinana Challenge I had to do 25 Sit Ups in 2 Minutes or less.
I decided to have a go of doing this challenge in my bed room. I put on 2 minutes and then Got
Into It. I finished my Sit Ups just before 2 minutes, WOW. Make sure that you also have a go at this
challenge as well and take photos and videos and post them on your blog. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

    25 sit ups in under 2 minutes is so impressive! What was the secret to your success? Did you talk to yourself as you did each sit up? or did you just go hard out and hope for the best? Well done for completing yet another TAHA CHALLENGE!

    What a great Taha tinana challenge 25 sit-ups is not an easy task to do,it will keep you healthy and fit ready for when we return back to school.You could even challenge your siblings who ever doesn't do it in the allocated time, has to do some sort of chore around the house entirely up to the winner what that encounters...
